Panthera Styles Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. To participate in the Panthera Styles Affiliate Program, individuals and businesses must apply and be approved as affiliates.
2. Affiliate Approval
2.1. Panthera Styles reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
2.2. Approval is contingent upon the applicant’s adherence to our program’s guidelines and suitability.
3. Affiliate Commissions
3.1. Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes.
3.2. Commission rates, payment schedules, and commission structures will be outlined in a separate agreement.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1. Affiliates agree to promote Panthera Styles and its products in a truthful and professional manner.
4.2. Affiliates will not engage in deceptive, illegal, or unethical marketing practices.
4.3. Affiliates will only use approved marketing materials provided by Panthera Styles.
5. Payment
5.1. Commissions will be paid out according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
5.2. Panthera Styles reserves the right to withhold or void commissions for any fraudulent or suspicious activities.
6. Termination
6.1. Panthera Styles may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
6.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Panthera Styles.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Panthera Styles, including commission rates, business strategies, and customer data.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Panthera Styles reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Panthera Styles is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
